The Bothive ecosystem is built for ethical automation. Deviating from these standards results in suspension of your runtime and, in serious cases, permanent workspace removal.

This policy governs every byte processed by the runtime and every tool executed via HiveLang — whether you use our hosted environment or the Bothive CLI. These rules are non-negotiable.
You may not author HiveLang scripts or deploy agents that perform, or attempt to perform, any of the following:
Phishing, credential harvesting, or deceptive AI personas designed to mislead people for gain.
Automated vulnerability scanning, exploit delivery, or botnet management via Bothive adapters.
Using agents to generate mass legal threats, DMCA abuse, or systematic harassment.
Intentional infinite loops or recursive swarms designed to exhaust compute or rate limits.
Bothive supports high-autonomy agents, but we strongly recommend human-in-the-loop checkpoints for any action involving financial transactions or destructive modification of third-party data. Skipping them is at your own legal risk.
Attempts to jailbreak the underlying LLMs or bypass the runtime's security sandbox are strictly forbidden. We monitor input/output flows for patterns associated with prompt injection and model exploitation.
Agents must not be configured to generate or distribute content promoting discrimination, disparagement, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
If an agent is found in violation, Bothive reserves the right to:
Evidence-based disputes can be submitted to abuse@bothive.cloud. Trust & Safety decisions are final.
