The Alignment Problem

In Enterprise, "creative" AI is a liability. You don't want your support bot creatively inventing a new refund policy.

The Sandwich Approach

We wrap the LLM in two deterministic layers.

  1. Pre-Flight Check: Sanitizes inputs (PII redaction).
  2. The LLM: Generates the response.
  3. Post-Flight Check: Validates the output against business rules.

We use a rule engine (JsonLogic) to define these constraints. The Agent is free to be creative within the box, but it can never step outside the box.
